Winnings credited to your account balance are real PHP funds. megaplus does not place general hold periods on verified account withdrawals — review times apply only where additional checks are required.
megaplus offers promotions and bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published with each offer at the time it is made available. These general Terms apply to all promotions in addition to any offer-specific conditions.

All bets placed through megaplus — whether on sports events, casino games, eBingo sessions, or any other content — are binding once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by the rules of a specific market or game.
Sports betting markets are subject to the rules published for each individual sport and event type. In the event of a match cancellation, abandonment, or postponement, bets are settled in accordance with the applicable market rules — typically resulting in a void and stake refund unless a result has already been determined. All casino games and eBingo sessions are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these general Terms. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation. Any technical malfunction during a game session is handled in accordance with the platform's technical failure policy — affected bets may be voided and stakes returned at megaplus's discretion.
If you believe a game result or bet settlement is incorrect, you must raise the dispute through the account support channel within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance, pending bets, or disputed funds may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Real money balances in verified accounts that are closed for reasons unrelated to a breach will be returned to the account holder through the usual withdrawal process.
Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not affect any real balance that is eligible for withdrawal.
megaplus collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that document.
